Shipping Policy
BEDORA LLC shipping methods, delivery timing, freight service, and order inspection guidance.
Owner review required: shipping thresholds, service areas, rates, handling times, and carrier obligations must be confirmed before launch.
Order processing
In-stock parcel items generally process in 2–5 business days. Furniture and oversized items generally require 3–7 business days to prepare and book with a freight carrier. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays. Orders are not shipped until payment clears and inventory is confirmed.
Delivery methods and estimates
Small items may ship by parcel carrier. Furniture normally ships by scheduled curbside or threshold freight. Current checkout estimates complimentary freight for qualifying orders of $1,500 or more and $149 below that amount. Remote areas, Alaska delivery outside the immediate service area, islands, limited-access properties, and oversized items may require an additional quote.
Receiving freight
An adult must be available during the scheduled window. Measure all access paths before ordering. Inspect cartons before signing. Note visible damage on the carrier receipt, photograph the item and packaging, and contact BEDORA within 48 hours. Do not discard packaging while a claim is open.
Delays and address changes
Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, road conditions, remote access, and appointment availability may affect timing. Address changes after dispatch may incur rerouting fees and are not always possible.
